During the AGM weekend, everyone will have the opportunity to participate in a training event or led activity - should they wish. AAC(UK) will be subsidising the training and led activities, and as such these events are free to members who are staying at Cote Ghyll as part of the AGM weekend.

Courses will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Most are day courses; but the GPS navigation and First Aid run on both Saturday and Sunday.

If spaces allow, some members may have the opportunity to participate in a second activity. When you complete the registration form, please tell us your first and second choice.

Over the weekend, there will be organised walks taking place for members to join. On the day when you are not on a training course, or led activity, do sign up for a walk. You are of course welcome to join a walk on both days! Please sign up for walks when you arrive at Cote Ghyll. Advance booking is not required.

The AGM is a yearly gathering of the Club members, primarily to vote on Club issues, select the company's board of directors, and report on the year's events. Members have the right to vote on current issues such as appointments to the Club's board of directors, executive compensation, , and the selection of auditors. Members can also ask questions to the directors of the Club and have the opportunity to express their ideas and concerns.

Those interested in applying for Directorship can apply before the AGM by completing the below Director’s nomination form for election as a Director of AAC(UK) Ltd.
